Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

I have used Urgent Care on Pierce St. several times. Scheduling online is so easy. The wait time is minimal. Today I was seen within 5 minutes of entering the clinic! The staff is wonderful.  I have always been treated with respect, professionalism, but also kindness and compassion. I certainly recommend this facility.

Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time. Front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful.  Appreciate there are still remaining people working in the medical field who very much care and feel blessed to have their jobs.  Thank you will be recommending this facility and will return in need!

Staff was amazing - Dr Megan was especially phenomenal and extremely helpful / caring. I wish I could plan my sporadic urgent care visits around her schedule!

The lady they have working there right now at the front desk is a very professional and good person.. that’s rare for urgent care. Make sure you keep her happy.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Highly recommend..was in & out in less than 1/2 hr. Got meds & am feeling better today.
