They checked our insurance coverage so we wouldn’t be broadsided. Brian was very good explaining side effects of the shot and the shots were administered by a very efficient young lady. Everything about this place but mainly the staff is what makes this place great. I was taken aback at how great of service I received. The staff were friendly professional prompt and timely. If you could give them a raise or some type of merit bonus you should because this type of service in this neighborhood is very rare.

I went to Statcare for rapid test on Monday as someone at work tested positive. I called my insurance before hand and I only had to pay my copay. I was in and out in 25 minutes. I had to wait outside. They called me and gave me my quick test results with in 15 minutes. I got my PCR results yesterday and was happy to hear as they had told me 3-5 days. The staff was friendly and professional and I highly recommend it.
