Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time. My work required me to update my ppd test and I got it done same day booking for one of several same day appointments and done immediately with a few minutes of checking in at the clinic.

I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

I walked in and the receptionist was very helpful she helped me with everything with my work comp ins claim. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and professional.  I would recommend Alexa she was great had a great bedside manner
