I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.

Dr McDonald took care of managing my illness. Listening and helping me understand how to get better and the path to get there. Thank you!

Was in and out before i knew it. Was given great care and was told to call back incase of any questions.

Was battling UTI pain and in and out with diagnosis and prescription.  It was a great experience.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

Had bowel movement issues for four days, finally decided to have some one take a look at me. Scheduling was a breeze online, and I was in at appointmented time, place was immaculate in cleanliness and everyone was very professional and helpful. Discussed options with doctor and check out was a breeze. Deffently will recommend to anyone.

I went to urgent care to get an EKG specifically because the website listed that as a service only to get there and find out that’s not the case. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful I just wish the website would be updated so I didn’t waste my time.

Just moved back to Philly. Had a bad fall. Went to ur Urgent Care. Was taken right away and treated right away. They were very thorough. Now that I live near u if anything happens, some sort of emergency, I would definitely go back!
