I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.

After 2 days of having an extremely sore throat I decided to book an appointment which was super easy.  The entire staff was so sweet and caring.  Cannot recommend enough!

Staff was great . extremely helpful and extremely nice.

I hate doctors!!!  But this was the best experience ever.  Major infection from poison ivy and an insane and painful full body rash.  The staff and Dr. were great and exceeded my expectations.  I got information and the meds needed to recover (soon hopefully). Also picked up some referrals. A big thank you to this Doc and his crew.  Five Stars!

The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

Has a serious sinus headache. Very happy with the care. Started on antibiotics. Will be better soon. Thank you so much❤️

I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

Pretty simple basically. I walked in, checked in, sat down 5 minutes, got called back. Saw the doctor had an x-ray and I was out within a half hour. Staff for very comfortable and efficient as well as the doctor.

Had a very positive experience. I would recommend Liberty.

Always use Liberty urgent care  Ease of appointments and care is excellent

Easy to check in online and make a appointment staff was friendly nurse was friendly doctor was helpful and polite and friendly only bad think they couldn't do the test I needed done and online it said nothing about if they could or couldn't do it I had to go in person to find out do the test I needed done the doctor on duty told me we're to go for the test and gave me paperwork of what had to be done
