The staff, from person at the check in, to the nurse practitioner, to the doctor we are kind and attentive. I never felt rushed or brushed off. I was attended to in a timely manner, and out as soon as possible. I observed them treating all the other people who were before and after me with the same respect, kindness, and swift attention. Dr Saffron is a Gem!!! He was very thorough and caring. The technician was also nice. The check in was easy and the front desk was pleasant.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Outstanding staff! Immaculate office. All staff and medical professionals were attentive and respectful ! Gave in office medical tests with immediate results. Other test sent out. Results 3 days later. Very courteous staff and very little wait time- a few minutes!! I would recommend this medical provider.

The staff was very pleasant and professional My waiting time was little to none!  I would definitely recommend  This emergency facility to friends. PS:  there is one thing I wish they have on the premises is an x-ray machine. 😕
