Walk in but taken promptly. Staff was professional and caring.

I am from out of town and was up all night with an earache.  The staff was so helpful and worked we me to find a local pharmacy.  Provider was great.  Knowledgeable and pleasant demeanor.

Had an appointment with my primary care doctor and I was 15 minutes late. Because I made my appointment early in the morning and the appointment they gave me was late in the day at high traffic time and it’s at least a half hour away from my house and then I fell asleep because I hadn’t slept in a few days because I was so sick and they  informed me they couldn’t see me so I decided to go to urgent care. It was so easy. The Dr was so pleasant and so nice and my doctor is in a Capital health practice so so many times I don’t see that doctor. I see other doctors so I think I’m gonna continue to go to urgent care from now on. Thank you for pushing the easy button and making it so convenient when I was so sick I’ll appreciate you all great Team.

Wasp sting in two areas. Positive swelling in leg and arm. Associated pain and itchiness. Appropriate med prescribed. Rash and swelling eventually resolved.  Very pleased with care. Would gladly recommend this provider again.

Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.

Booked a last minute appointment on a Friday night, my toddler’s cough took a turn and seemed like she was having a harder time breathing. The staff was so kind and the physician was extremely thorough and reassuring, laid out next steps. Great experience, was easier than a sick appointment at the pediatricians!
