Did not feel like I had healed well enough. Waiting to be tested to see if still had a  flu like infection. . Staff was very helpful and very caring. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Staff was amazing - Dr Megan was especially phenomenal and extremely helpful / caring. I wish I could plan my sporadic urgent care visits around her schedule!

I like how convenient and friendly each provider I’ve seen at this urgent care is. However I wish staff was significantly clearer about the medication they prescribe. I wish they spoke about dosing and how to take medications, and especially side effects. Sometimes I leave not understanding exactly what medication I’ve even been given. Twice now I’ve been prescribed meds with pretty serious side effects that the doctors didn’t alert me to. The providers ask a lot of good questions and have good bedside care but multiple times gloss over the end of the appointment when they tell me what they’re giving me, how I should take it, and how it might make me feel. With this last appointment I’m glad I went but I’m questioning going back or recommending this location after this last medication experience. I will advocate for myself and ask more questions in the future but I feel like a prescriber should properly inform their patients during the appointment.

I had a wonderful experience. It’s not my first time being there the ladies are welcoming, as well fast pace, wonderful staff.

The wait for the tests results were meant to be for 10mins or so. But we waited nearly 1 hour before the Physician was consulted with the tests results, and then we were seen by the Physician. All the other patients who came into the Urgent Care after us were all seen and had left before us.

I walked in urgent care so they could check out my left knee from a fall. Within minutes I was in a room and soon after I had X-rays. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this office.

Everything went well except the prescription was sent over with the wrong amount and I’ve been waiting over an hour at the pharmacy because they said they had to hear from you and I’m in the middle trying to resolve this

It's refreshing to see staff dressed professionally. Especially my nurse. She was great!!
