I went to North Shore/LIJ Medical Group Urgent Care Center at 95-25 Queens Boulevard in Rego Park for my Covid-19 nasal swab test on May 16, 2020! The team were amazing! The Nurse Practitioner is an ENT specialist! She was truly wonderful! The team were very supportive, caring and compassionate! The NP even knew that I had a deviated septum just by looking at my nose! She really made the testing tolerable! Anyone in the New York area who needs to be tested should go there! I felt like I had 3 Angels in the room with me today! I am feeling totally blessed! ❤🙏😍😊

This visit was a exceptional experience my two children were treated with the Most Caring Doctor Dr Altunkaya she was very caring took her time with each child and explained everything no rush I absolutely would give her 💯 for her quality expertise Thank you Again Dr Altunkaya

Putting the swab aside, a pleasent, professional experience.

I had a concern so I called my insurance co. and I was covered for this facility. It has only been a few days so my issue has not been totally resolved. I was seen fairly quickly and Medical staff was pleasant but reception could be more professional and friendlier.

Everyone from the receptionist to the MD were very caring and compassionate! I have used this facility before and would recommend it anyone who needs care! There are no appointments so plan on a little wait but it is definitely worth it!
