Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

Very disappointed with the care I got. Wait time was yover hour half. When I finally got called in they were nice to me. They took my vitals then covid and strep test. Waited for results which were negative. After that they didn't provide anything for my cough or sore throat. They really didn't do anything for me at all. It was a waste of time and money that I will be charged. I will reach out to my Dr tomorrow for help.

The staff was terrific and so nice. This was our first time and were so impressed with the office, the nurse and doctor. If needed again we will certainly use them.

First would like to say like to everyone working the day I came in. Had a bad fall and had to have stitches removed. Place was very nice and clean got an appointment right when I needed it. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The doctor and the pa on site were very friendly, kind and considerate of all my needs. I also had to have X-rays done to check something I didn’t feel when I fell a week before. With no problem they were also done and thankfully all was ok. I definitely will go back the next time for either me or a family or friends.  Ty so much Nicole

Was able to book a time slot on a Sunday. Not every place is open on a Sunday, but this place was! Quick and efficient service. Place is very clean. Only downfall is that there is a restroom in the waiting area for employees only. Would be nice to have it available for us patients!

Always a great experience at this urgent care. The staff is consistently kind, friendly, and attentive. I’m always seen quickly with little to no wait time. They truly listen to my concerns, provide clear explanations, and offer effective treatment plans. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the quality of care consistently exceeds my expectations — not just for me, but for my entire family.

Love the availability of this urgent care, your staff is always friendly and to the point, asks thorough questions, answers any questions I might have. My favorite urgent care in the area :-)

The staff was very friendly, there was no wait and the doctor was so thorough! They were able to diagnose my daughter before the pediatrician could. Would absolutely recommend urgent care of Somerset.

I walked in without appointment for Urgent Care. Office staff, Brittany, was professional and helpful.  The other office person, a male, also professional. The PA examined me, asked questions, gave diagnoses , explanation, treatment plan . I thank you for a positive medical experience.
