Check in went smoothly. Wait was short. Initially intake with the nurse was easy. Exam by doctor went well. I felt comfortable with everyone and was happy with the care I received.

Had a scheduled appointment for a blood draw. Excellent quality of care. The lady who took my blood was extremely gentle and the doctor was a sweetheart. Also the folks at the front desk were very kind and considerate. Would come back here for sure.

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

I went on line and I was able to easily book an appointment they were attentive to my concerns  Dr Patel was and amazing help and I really liked her very much  I am glad Airmont urgent care is there for me. They are a great medical facility  Thank you !

Had a hard time making an appointment… most likely a result of high volume illness and New Years Eve/Day. Check in  easy Staff friendly, helpful

I had to get my ear irrigated. The doctor was super helpful in getting this done for me. He is very nice and easy to talk to. The secretary is also very helpful and patient. I always have a good experience coming here and leave the office feeling better than when I came in.
