Easy Checking In, Friendly Staff, little to no waiting time. Love the apps too, you can see how many is ahead of you aka “waitlist” love the experience. Definitely will come again when there’s urgent care needed.

Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.

Staff was amazing - Dr Megan was especially phenomenal and extremely helpful / caring. I wish I could plan my sporadic urgent care visits around her schedule!

Had pain in my ear called and was told to come right in.  Checking was good I thought I would have gone in sooner to see the doctor because I had registered online but it wasn't too long of a wait.

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Woke up with this rash type of thing on my forehead and my eye was hurting as well. Decided to walk in and they took care of me in a snap. My second time coming here. I love this place. They're fast and professional but most importantly great doctors.
