The front office and the nurses were excellent. However, the doctor that I had, did not have the best bed side manners. I felt like she was very condescending. I was in so much pain and she was not the as considerate as she should have been. She also over talked ma and her tone was not very favorable. I left feeling worst than I did when I came in.  To her defense, I’m not sure if her tone/behavior was a cultural thing and I misread her. I am now on my way to the emergency room.

Pretty simple basically. I walked in, checked in, sat down 5 minutes, got called back. Saw the doctor had an x-ray and I was out within a half hour. Staff for very comfortable and efficient as well as the doctor.

Always use Liberty urgent care  Ease of appointments and care is excellent

Was in and out before i knew it. Was given great care and was told to call back incase of any questions.

I hate doctors!!!  But this was the best experience ever.  Major infection from poison ivy and an insane and painful full body rash.  The staff and Dr. were great and exceeded my expectations.  I got information and the meds needed to recover (soon hopefully). Also picked up some referrals. A big thank you to this Doc and his crew.  Five Stars!

Lost a battle with a swarm of wasps. Went in to get checked out. Everyone was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this office.

I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.

I had a UTI I was able to schedule an appointment the same day and get the antibiotic that I needed right away. It was so easy and quick. The staff was very good and efficient and friendly. I will definitely go back if I need anything else and would recommend it to anyone needing an appointment quickly.

The staff is wonderful - the Dr took his time to listen and was very helpful.

Quick and easy and got me on the right meds scheduling was easy. Went early but didn’t wait long.  Friendly staff and medicine was ready in an hour for pickup

Was battling UTI pain and in and out with diagnosis and prescription.  It was a great experience.

Had bowel movement issues for four days, finally decided to have some one take a look at me. Scheduling was a breeze online, and I was in at appointmented time, place was immaculate in cleanliness and everyone was very professional and helpful. Discussed options with doctor and check out was a breeze. Deffently will recommend to anyone.

Finally able to get out of bed to there and didn't have to wait long to be seen and taken care of.

I absolutely abhor going to any kind of doctor or clinic, but this visit was as nice as it could have been- so a review seems necessary. Both ladies behind the counter were very friendly & on point with me as well as with the other patients who were coming & going. The doctor I saw was fantastic. Her bedside manner was kind, & her questions were thorough. She balanced a comforting sense of humor with confident professionalism. Unfortunately I can't remember her name... she was reasonably tall, if that helps :)

Had a strong cold, worried it might be pneumonia, it wasn’t, thankfully but I was immediately seen by the doctor and was immediately rxed and medicated. Very glad I went there! And strongly recommend it!
