I was a walk in. The check in though was a hassle. You register on an epad and then you have to use your phone to finish the process. My phone was not compatible with their wifi, a process I really don't like since there's human being in front of me that could perfectly do it. Too much reliance on technology is off putting. An older person will find this very complicated and unnecessary.

I hate doctors!!! But this was the best experience ever. Major infection from poison ivy and an insane and painful full body rash. The staff and Dr. were great and exceeded my expectations.
