Staff doctors everyone is so nice

It was the best experience I had ever had. Staff r very nice welcoming, and the service was In and out. The doctor was very nice, and she actually listened to me. When it come to care and have a good and amazing experience should choose BIG APPLE URGENT CARE you will not gonna regret it.

Dr Joudeh is the best primary dr I’ve ever had, been with him for almost a decade , he’s always on point with diagnosis, he sincerely cares for his patients

They provided immediate service and approaches you by asking how they can help and with that it really shows that they really care for patients

I was mostly happy besides that they took an 'overnight' throat culture of my daughter. It's 24 hours later and I still don't have results... Had i known it would take 2 days to get results from their overnight cultures I would have gone elsewhere. Please let your patients know that it may take 2 days to get results so they can make a decision if they'd like to go elsewhere.
