The providers are excellent and took the time to listen to me in spite of being overwhelmed with Covid testing. I recommend anyone in the Gaston County area to go to this urgent care! I was promptly greeted and checked-in. My wait was NOT long. Two (tag-team) Nurses took my history and current medical status, both with kind and friendly attitudes. One of them even shared a story with me. When the PA came in, her smile calmed all my worries, and she was extremely patient with me as she assessed my situation. The PA, April, was thorough and attentive. She showed genuine care for my discomfort. April took the time to rule out scenarios/options that could NOT be what was going on; she also explored possibilities for best treatment plan. Overall, I would certainly advise anyone with medical need to visit this clinic.
