I am so happy I seeked out urgent care. Experiencing a painful ear. I couldn't see regular doctor. They got me in and seen by Np. perscription for antibiotics. Np was very informative and suggested otc meds to help also. Pain relieved with in 24 hours. God Bless you all at Swansea urgent care.

I’m Aurelia Deckard I’ve been here 2x the service I got from all the nurses and Dr.are excellent from the front desk ( Maitlin) Michelle ( back desk ,blanket) I’ve seen by Andrew Wahle also the nurse or tech who did my CT SCAN ( although she don’t say much but it’s alright too.everybody’s have a beautiful smile and friendly ..I RECOMMEND TOTAL ACCESS URGENT CARE .

As a mom who works both inside and outside the home it is really tough to get in to see the pediatrician when my kids are sick. It was very easy to go to MedExpress and see the physician assistant when I thought my son had strep throat. They even had the antibiotics there for him which meant no need to go to CVS and that was one less place to have to go with a sick kid. I will go there again.

Everyone from the receptionist, the tech, the NP and the xray tech were kind, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. I felt I received better care than at my family doctor.

Great experience, that’s the most you can ask for at a walk in clinic. They did great! From walking in to leaving the staff was friendly and helpful.
