I've been to this urgent care facility at least a dozen times. I have always been seen in under 30 minutes, usually under 15 minutes. I've been treated by a doctor and 3 different physician's assistants. All have been very friendly, listened to my descriptions of symptoms, thorough in assessment - including lab work when needed - and seemed to truly care about me as a person, not just symptoms to treat. In my opinion, their treatment is not overly aggressive or too conservative. The waiting room is spacious, the exam rooms are clean and all staff follow safety protocols - washing hands and using gloves/masks when or if needed. This location has regular physicians who see patients by appointment during regular business hours. I have a primary care physician (who is not out of this office) but will continue to use this facility for after hours or weekend visits to urgent care when needed.

I cut my finger early on Sunday morning and had to get a tetanus shot and stitches, and the staff was absolutely incredible. They had great bedside manner and I would like to commend the PA Danny, Chris, and Andrea for a fantastic job. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Canton Urgent Care saved me as I flew in from California on Vacation. These three people were wonderful and very caring. It was Xmas Day 2018 and they were so kind on day that they would want to be home with their own families. They had a lobby full of patients and were working swiftly to help everyone. I took my daughter there last night and the front desk, nurse and doctor was so amazing. They listened to my concerns and doctor Told me take my daughter directly to the hospital. He hugged her and told her it will be ok . He told me what he thought was wrong with her was fluid on her brain and he was right. I took her to the hospital and they did lumbar tap and he was right. She has been feeling like this for two weeks straight and I took her to other places and McLaren hospital and they sent her right out with just take Motrin but this staff actually helped and figured out the root of the problem. Thank you staff you are amazing.
