Amazing staff, everyone is super friendly!! The physician that saw me was amazing Very friendly, Great attitude And very professional. Everything was super quick, waited only a couple of minutes. Please was very clean despite being an older building.

They were very nice and assuring! They were velvet good listeners and paid attention to my needs.

Doctor Abdelbkais was extremely attentive and generous. Front desk was pretty good. The only thing the MA gave false readings on my vitals, the pulse ox never read, but she said she seen numbers. Other than that visit was good.

This was my second visit to this location.  I was happy to have the online scheduling option and the screen in the waiting room showing I needed to check in.  The staff is VERY friendly, prompt and courteous.   I have recommended this office to others and have been told they were glad they went there.  Thank you for opening one in our neighborhood.

Had to call your 24hr location 3x to get my Rx sent to CVS?

I went in right before closing, feeling really bad about that. Everyone was very nice and I never felt rushed. Very thorough care. This is the only urgent care I go to.

Went in for a recheck of a pneumonia diagnosis last week.  Made an appointment easily.  Did not wait long to get in once I arrived.  Got very good care.

My first time here as a new patient. The wait was maybe 10 minutes if that. The fact that this Henry Ford facility has access to your My Chart on the Epic system made the transition to a new facility easy. A very nice building and an convenient location. Staff was friendly and professional. The Nurse Practitioner I saw knew exactly what was going on with my condition and friendly. I would definitely recommend Henry Ford Go Health Urgent Care.

Made an appointment and checked in on line. Got there and was seen immediately.

The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. The doc wrote a scrip, sent it to pharmacy... they didn't have it so it was a runaround getting it. The place that had it was not covered by my insurance so I had to pay cash. It would have been much better if the doc checked to see if they had it... and or accepted my insurance. As it was, it was a big hassle and expensive to get meds.
