Amazing staff, everyone is super friendly!! The physician that saw me was amazing Very friendly, Great attitude And very professional. Everything was super quick, waited only a couple of minutes. Please was very clean despite being an older building.

They were very nice and assuring! They were velvet good listeners and paid attention to my needs.

Doctor Abdelbkais was extremely attentive and generous. Front desk was pretty good. The only thing the MA gave false readings on my vitals, the pulse ox never read, but she said she seen numbers. Other than that visit was good.

Woke up with a severe migraine. The staff attended to me immediately knowing the situation.  They were very kind and compassionate. This staff has to be commended.

I woke up Saturday morning after two days of fighting poison ivy I had I knew I needed to go to the clinic every time I’ve been there. They’ve been amazing and the doctor that I saw is just a Super Woman she Cared so Much. I recommend this clinic to everyone.

Went in for a recheck of a pneumonia diagnosis last week.  Made an appointment easily.  Did not wait long to get in once I arrived.  Got very good care.

My first time here as a new patient. The wait was maybe 10 minutes if that. The fact that this Henry Ford facility has access to your My Chart on the Epic system made the transition to a new facility easy. A very nice building and an convenient location. Staff was friendly and professional. The Nurse Practitioner I saw knew exactly what was going on with my condition and friendly. I would definitely recommend Henry Ford Go Health Urgent Care.

The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. I've had a head cold for 3 weeks without relief. I had done an e-visit and a virtual through my primary office. I will say my virtual visit suggested I get my ears checked. Thank goodness she did. I had inflammation and fluid in both ears! I hadn't been able to hear for over a week. Thanks to Urgent Care I finally got the medication needed for my body to heal. I had a great visit. The staff there was so helpful and professional. The scheduling was a breeze. I didn't have to wait long before seen. I would recommend going here.
