          The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. I am visiting relatives from out of state and was welcomed with a smile and staff resolved my issues quickly.           This was my second visit to this location.  I was happy to have the online scheduling option and the screen in the waiting room showing I needed to check in.  The staff is VERY friendly, prompt and courteous.   I have recommended this office to others and have been told they were glad they went there.  Thank you for opening one in our neighborhood.

          The doc wrote a scrip, sent it to pharmacy... they didn't have it so it was a runaround getting it. The place that had it was not covered by my insurance so I had to pay cash. It would have been much better if the doc checked to see if they had it... and or accepted my insurance. As it was, it was a big hassle and expensive to get meds.
