My experience was great from the front door entrance until my exit at the end of my test. Dr. Cate and Brita were inviting, kind, had smiles, knowledgeable, listened, and extremely help. I am 76, and they made me feel like I was an important patient. They are an asset to your organization. Bed side manners were super great. This place does not care about my health, only money. I had a family doctor Dr. Tommy Stevens for almost 30 years. When he joined this group I followed him. With in just a few weeks I could tell there was trouble. He told me this group was telling him he was spending too much time with his patients along with other demands. With in just a few months he retired. This Group set me up a replacement physician Jody. It took me several months for me get comfortable with her. In the mean time the staff was rude not very friendly. One time I got a infection in my leg. This group would not let me see Jody, I had to see a Physician at another location. They were very difficult get along with over my issue and I will never go to that place again. Come to find out the reason I couldn't see Jody was because she quit. So without even consulting me, they turn me over to cook. Right away I was not comfortable having her as my physician. She would not refill my Motrin unless I come in to see her. I was not about to waist 2 1/2 hours of my life over Motrin. Finally Cook left and I got Victoria. I really liked her and the first time I seen her I asked for a complete physical. During the physical, I had to keep telling her what I wanted done. Blood work, EKG, prostate exam and so on. So I think she was acting like she was in hurry and missed a few thing. Several days later she put me on a shot to loose wight. I'm over 500lbs and ready to do something about it. I got 1 month supply and I can already see a big difference in how I feel and I started loosing weight. I just called to tell them how great I'm doing and to get my prescription refilled. I was told that Victoria quit and there's no way I can get my prescription refilled. I have to be under a physician to get refills. They couldn't set me up with anyone. So now I have no more shots for my weight lose. I give up on weight lose. It wasn't my fault Victoria quit. Please if there's anyone that can recommend a physician that's not associated with this group. Please contact me asap.
