I was in and out in no time. It’s a fairly new facility. The family nurse practitioner, Emelda, was wonderful. Great bedside manner. Offered options for treatment that she explained very well as to the pros and cons of each. If you live or work in the neighborhood, this is the place to go.

This is our primary care facility. We love it from ability to get reasonably prompt appointments to friendly bedside manner, superb staff service, and high-quality care. Dr. Munoz (Ibrahim) is EXCEPTIONAL!.

I’ve been here 3 times this year for different issues. The doctor is thorough and explains everything well. She is a very caring person. I could go to a place that’s close to my house but I like Prima a lot more —I’ve seen the same doctor each time, they give you personal attention, and I’ve never had to wait more than about 10 minutes.

Had to schedule an appointment for an infection. Scheduling online was very simple. The doctor and nurse were great and had great bedside manner. The only really off putting moment was the front desk girl was talking to someone on her air buds the entire time I was there, she was talking when I got there and was still talking after my appointment. She was not friendly and literally told me I had a copay and took my credit card and went back to talking.

Scheduling needs improvement. A full fledged desktop or pen and paper option is needed. When cold and flu symptoms are there and you are coughing, some of us patients are not comfortable using phones or those tablets that are there, wherein on cannot even sit when entering information. That is the most inconvenient part. Please do something.

This was for school forms for physical and TB screening. The staff made the process smooth and easy, and printed out the needed documents.

I scheduled online at 9am for a 930 appt. They took me right away. I was given a prescription for  antibiotics while I await the results of a culture.. I was in incredible pain and the nurse (Theresa) was empathetic and knowledgeable. I hope 🙏 I  have her name right.
