My first time at PM Pediatrics. Even though t walkin wait was about 1 and half hours, the staff was very accommodating and notify me when my turn is near. Nurse ( Michelle, I think) was super nice to my 8 year old to make him feel as comfortable as possible. Dr on duty was very nice and efficient too. Definitely will recommend.

Efficient and friendly receptionist. Clean and well organized reception area. Professional medical staff. Thorough, thoughtful and knowledgeable PA. Everyone was great.

9/18/23 FirstCall does it ALL. In the History of going to Urgent Cares, Hospitals Etcetera for Medical Needs, from Pennsylvania, Maryland to Florida my entire life, FirstCall Medical Center in Ellicott City Maryland is Truly, Number 1. Great Quick Service. Great Professional Staff from the time I Entered the Building to the time I left. Shania at the front desk, Marisa Medical Assistant and PA-C Beth Steinberg did an EXCELLENT Job helping Me. I was very sick and they even took a COVID test which results came back Negative on me. Thank God. In and out quickly. I would Highly Recommend FirstCall Medical Center to EVERYONE for your Medical Needs. I went in for a stye on my eyelid, was seen within 10 minutes of arrival. The PA was friendly and understanding, had a background in eye care and wrote me a prescription with a full explanation or after care. The front desk staff is not particularly personable, but whatever.
