9/18/23 FirstCall does it ALL. In the History of going to Urgent Cares, Hospitals Etcetera for Medical Needs, from Pennsylvania, Maryland to Florida my entire life, FirstCall Medical Center in Ellicott City Maryland is Truly, Number 1. Great Quick Service. Great Professional Staff from the time I Entered the Building to the time I left. Shania at the front desk, Marisa Medical Assistant and PA-C Beth Steinberg did an EXCELLENT Job helping Me. I was very sick and they even took a COVID test which results came back Negative on me. Thank God. In and out quickly. I would Highly Recommend FirstCall Medical Center to EVERYONE for your Medical Needs. Thank You to Everyone who works here and helped Me, Especially PA-C Beth Steinberg. Thank You GOD BLESS EVERYONE 🙏...... Update: 9/26 Today Went back to FirstCall for blood work and physical and Got the Same EXCELLENT SERVICE. I would highly, HIGHLY Recommend FirstCall Medical Center to EVERYONE.... I was a walk-in customer. There were 4 persons ahead of me after I completed the registration. I waited for over an hour before I was called. I was then taken to a room where my vitals were taken and told to wait to see the doctor. After waiting for over 45 minutes, I stepped out and asked if I was forgotten. I was told to continue wait as there was only 1 doctor. After waiting for over an hour in the doctor's chair, I had to leave to attend an emergency. I advised the personel at the desk that I would soon be back. I returned about 30 minutes later and was advised that I had to re-register and wait anew. Worst urgent care I've ever had.
