This is our primary care facility. We love it from ability to get reasonably prompt appointments to friendly bedside manner, superb staff service, and high-quality care. Dr. Munoz (Ibrahim) is EXCEPTIONAL!.

The booking was easy. I love this particular location. Doctor and nurse were very good and helpful. The only downside- unfriendly person on a front desk.

I had a 5:15 appointment and when I checked in I was not told that the office was 90 minutes behind. I waited till 6pm and when asked I was told I was next. The next person taken was a walk in that arrived after me. I then waited until 6:50 to be taken back. Didn't leave until 7 pm. A two hour appointment with reservations is unacceptable especially since I was not told. My app was a follow up and I would have rescheduled given the information of the long wait. Better communication would be appreciated

Easy to book, friendly staff

Have had neck and back pain for a few weeks. Was able to get same day appointment. Nurse practitioner was very professional and thorough in her exam.

I always take my children to Night Watch urgent care when they are sick because mainly it’s pediatric clinic. Scheduling online appointments is very convenient to avoid wait time, clinic is very CLEAN, staff is always super friendly.

All staff were friendly and professional. There was little wait time, was seen at appointment time. Would definitely recommend to others.
