I’ve been here 3 times this year for different issues. The doctor is thorough and explains everything well. She is a very caring person. I could go to a place that’s close to my house but I like Prima a lot more —I’ve seen the same doctor each time, they give you personal attention, and I’ve never had to wait more than about 10 minutes.

The booking was easy. I love this particular location. Doctor and nurse were very good and helpful. The only downside- unfriendly person on a front desk.

The nurse was friendly but not at all gentle in swabbing my nose for the pcr test. I let her know how much she was hurting me and I know it could have been done to the same effect a lot more gently. She also told me it would take 2-3 days to get pcr results. I was led to believe otherwise from your web site and the doctor who was very friendly came in after and said we should have it probably 24 hours.

First time bringing my kids. Love the care they give. Thanks very much.

Computer systems were down.  Everything took forever.  I could hear other patient conversations through the walls.  Fix the computers.  It took forever.  Staff and doctor was nice.  Care was good.  Admin ruined it.

Dr. “ Jersey Girl” Pagano was OUTSTANDING 😎. Suggestion - check your computer appointment confirmation notice. Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. Would it be better to use the word “USED”? Linda Yaeger

I received 2 COVID test and everyone I dealt with was kind, respectful, and caring. I would recommend to anyone.

First time patient and the experience was excellent from the responsiveness of the staff to the quality of the care to the efficiency of the process!

Had some balance issues and diminished hearing and it was because of wax buildup in my ear. The Cedar Hill urgent care removed the buildup and my balance is much better and they also gave me an RX for dizziness and balance, thank you Cedar Hill!

I showed up and the office was closed. I got a verification txt this morning prior and I confirmed.

I was able to book a last minute appointment. The entire experience from walking in the door to leaving the office was a great experience. I appreciated all the individual care and treatment that I received from my doctor, my phlebotomist, the nurse, front desk to the entire staff. I also was impressed with the communication. All my questions were answered. And all my medical needs were met. I highly recommend going to this office/provider for your medical needs.
