The facility, nurse, doctor, staff exceeded our expectations. From the moment we stepped inside the door, we were greeted with one of the friendliest nurse ever. Our child had such a great experience that she wished they were our regular pediatrician's office.

I interacted with the receptionist, a technician, and a doctor. All were very friendly, very reassuring and very professional. There was no waiting time at all...in the time it took the receptionist to help me register, the technician was waiting for me. The staff was extremely helpful and gave me quality time ... answering every question. I highly recommend if you can not get in to see your regular physician!

I expected a 2-3 hour wait b/c I was a walk in. within 15 minutes i was being examined by a very professional doctor. the front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming. the tech was also kind and considerate. 5 star rating. i was pleasantly surprised!! highly recommend!

Best experience Ive had in a medical facility.. better than even going the the hospital for non-emergency care. Excellent wait time, you get to see a real Medical Doctor and they treat you like you were at a hospital.. taking blood pressure and etc. Awesome! The price is very reasonable too and especially for someone like me having to pay out of pocket since my insurance doesn't kick in until next month. Overall definitely would refer family and friends there first and foremost!!!

In the History of going to Urgent Cares, Hospitals Etcetera for Medical Needs, from Pennsylvania, Maryland to Florida my entire life, FirstCall Medical Center in Ellicott City Maryland is Truly, Number 1. Great Quick Service. Great Professional Staff from the time I Entered the Building to the time I left. Shania at the front desk, Marisa Medical Assistant and PA-C Beth Steinberg did an EXCELLENT Job helping Me. I was very sick and they even took a COVID test which results came back Negative on me. Thank God. In and out quickly. I would Highly Recommend FirstCall Medical Center to EVERYONE for your Medical Needs. Excellent Service, I had a stop by at Dulles Airport, had to drive there before catching my next flight. Told them the issue, they checked me in in few minutes. Received a prescription and I was out in 45 minutes. I advise them for travelers. They are only 15 minutes away from Airport, very good service. All electronics, only few pages that I had to fill, good place for travelers who don’t know where to go when sick in Washington DC Dulles Airport surrounding!
