Scheduling needs improvement. A full fledged desktop or pen and paper option is needed. When cold and flu symptoms are there and you are coughing, some of us patients are not comfortable using phones or those tablets that are there, wherein on cannot even sit when entering information. Had to schedule an appointment for an infection. Scheduling online was very simple. The doctor and nurse were great and had great bedside manner. The only really off putting moment was the front desk girl was talking to someone on her air buds the entire time I was there, she was talking when I got there and was still talking after my appointment. She was not friendly and literally told me I had a copay and took my credit card and went back to talking.

Woke up for third day in a row and was feeling terrible, sinus pressure, coughing and fever. I called office and I was able to get in to see a Dr within the hour. I was greeted by friendly staff and I was in and out within 45 mins with a nebulizer treatment that they administered. I love the staff and doctors they have. They are thorough and caring. I highly recommend this clinic.

My experience today (10-18) was perfectly fine and acceptable. From the time I arrived at the CVS Location to the time I obtained my Flu Shot and drove away - 15 minutes out of my day. I had no issues. Of course: I followed the directions. I arrived to the Store 10 minutes in advance; I was alert for text messages - which I received regarding status; I waited for and received my phone call from the NP; a CVS Customer Care Manager was there to walk me through the check-in procedures. I used my Insurance Card. I had no issues and was in and out with a Flu Shot in less than 10 minutes. No complaints; I appreciate the professionalism.
