My name is Patricia Heist and I was seen by Dr Garcia -Faust on 9/5/19. She was very nice and explained everything to me. The staff was very nice. This is not my first time there but i do know if I need medical care this is the first place I will go. You don't sit there all day like you do in emergency rooms.

Quick processing time within 10 minutes of registering, 20 minute wait in room to get results and see the physicians assistant but over all more pleasant experience than waiting in an ER or doctors office. Now offers medical care portal for secure access of my visit and records on line. One stop shop get the prescription filled there too. I would definitely recommend this location and friendly caring staff as your urgent care option."

In the History of going to Urgent Cares, Hospitals Etcetera for Medical Needs, from Pennsylvania, Maryland to Florida my entire life, FirstCall Medical Center in Ellicott City Maryland is Truly, Number 1. Great Quick Service. Great Professional Staff from the time I Entered the Building to the time I left. Shania at the front desk, Marisa Medical Assistant and PA-C Beth Steinberg did an EXCELLENT Job helping Me. I was very sick and they even took a COVID test which results came back Negative on me. Thank God. In and out quickly. I would Highly Recommend FirstCall Medical Center to EVERYONE for your Medical Needs. Very long wait but not the staff fault only one nurse working 1 front desk attended who was great and only noticed one dr not sure his name but he was great as well

I was a walk-in customer. There were 4 persons ahead of me after I completed the registration. I waited for over an hour before I was called. I was then taken to a room where my vitals were taken and told to wait to see the doctor. After waiting for over 45 minutes, I stepped out and asked if I was forgotten. I was told to continue wait as there was only 1 doctor. After waiting for over an hour in the doctor's chair, I had to leave to attend an emergency. I advised the personel at the desk that I would soon be back. I returned about 30 minutes later and was advised that I had to re-register and wait anew. Worst urgent care I've ever had.
