Had to schedule an appointment for an infection. Scheduling online was very simple. The doctor and nurse were great and had great bedside manner. The only really off putting moment was the front desk girl was talking to someone on her air buds the entire time I was there, she was talking when I got there and was still talking after my appointment. She was not friendly and literally told me I had a copay and took my credit card and went back to talking.

Easy to book, friendly staff

I scheduled online at 9am for a 930 appt. They took me right away. I was given a prescription for  antibiotics while I await the results of a culture.. I was in incredible pain and the nurse (Theresa) was empathetic and knowledgeable. I hope 🙏 I  have her name right.

All staff were friendly and professional. There was little wait time, was seen at appointment time. Would definitely recommend to others.

I was able to book a last minute appointment. The entire experience from walking in the door to leaving the office was a great experience. I appreciated all the individual care and treatment that I received from my doctor, my phlebotomist, the nurse, front desk to the entire staff. I also was impressed with the communication. All my questions were answered. And all my medical needs were met. I highly recommend going to this office/provider for your medical needs.

The only thing I did not care for was the receptionist. She was a little snobbish and unwelcoming. However, everything else was very nice.

I showed up and the office was closed. I got a verification txt this morning prior and I confirmed.

First time patient and the experience was excellent from the responsiveness of the staff to the quality of the care to the efficiency of the process!

Had some balance issues and diminished hearing and it was because of wax buildup in my ear. The Cedar Hill urgent care removed the buildup and my balance is much better and they also gave me an RX for dizziness and balance, thank you Cedar Hill!

Dr. “ Jersey Girl” Pagano was OUTSTANDING 😎. Suggestion - check your computer appointment confirmation notice. Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. Would it be better to use the word “USED”? Linda Yaeger
