Best experience Ive had in a medical facility.. better than even going the the hospital for non-emergency care. Excellent wait time, you get to see a real Medical Doctor and they treat you like you were at a hospital.. taking blood pressure and etc. Awesome! The price is very reasonable too and especially for someone like me having to pay out of pocket since my insurance doesn't kick in until next month. Overall definitely would refer family and friends there first and foremost!!!

In the History of going to Urgent Cares, Hospitals Etcetera for Medical Needs, from Pennsylvania, Maryland to Florida my entire life, FirstCall Medical Center in Ellicott City Maryland is Truly, Number 1. Great Quick Service. Great Professional Staff from the time I Entered the Building to the time I left. Shania at the front desk, Marisa Medical Assistant and PA-C Beth Steinberg did an EXCELLENT Job helping Me. I was very sick and they even took a COVID test which results came back Negative on me. Thank God. In and out quickly. I would Highly Recommend FirstCall Medical Center to EVERYONE for your Medical Needs. I was a walk-in customer. There were 4 persons ahead of me after I completed the registration. I waited for over an hour before I was called. I was then taken to a room where my vitals were taken and told to wait to see the doctor. After waiting for over 45 minutes, I stepped out and asked if I was forgotten. I was told to continue wait as there was only 1 doctor. After waiting for over an hour in the doctor's chair, I had to leave to attend an emergency. I advised the personel at the desk that I would soon be back. I returned about 30 minutes later and was advised that I had to re-register and wait anew. Worst urgent care I've ever had.
