9/18/23 FirstCall does it ALL. In the History of going to Urgent Cares, Hospitals Etcetera for Medical Needs, from Pennsylvania, Maryland to Florida my entire life, FirstCall Medical Center in Ellicott City Maryland is Truly, Number 1. Great Quick Service. Great Professional Staff from the time I Entered the Building to the time I left. Shania at the front desk, Marisa Medical Assistant and PA-C Beth Steinberg did an EXCELLENT Job helping Me. I was very sick and they even took a COVID test which results came back Negative on me. Thank God. In and out quickly. I would Highly Recommend FirstCall Medical Center to EVERYONE for your Medical Needs. Due to the fact that I had a fever and possibly covid, was referred to the Choice One Urgent care on Rock Spring Rd, Forest Hill, MD. I was seen by Dr. George LaRocco who was concerned due to my age, covid test positive, symptoms, and chest x-ray showing some pneumonia. He sent the necessary paperwork to the new UMS monoclonal antibody infusion experimental program. They accepted me and I was seen the very next day for treatment. Upon completion of the infusion all vitals seemed good, experienced one reaction on the way home and that was a spiked fever and extreme body shakes. After approximately an hour or so, things settled down. It is 2 days post infusion and I am feeling better, fevers are down and almost gone, other symptoms have improved as well. I want to personally thank Dr. LaRocco for taking that extra time to get me into this program since it likely kept me out of the hospital. Much appreciated Dr. LaRocco and team at the ChoiceOne Urgent Care, Forest Hill, MD. My sincere thanks.

This location was the most efficient and friendly Urgent care my husband and I experienced out of a few here in Aberdeen! We came in 6 mins before close with our feverish infant son. We were hesitant because we knew they were getting ready to close and felt that they would be less than willing to help because we would delay their closing. Not the case at all. Amber and The NP Katy Garnett were amazing! Check in to discharge was less than 1.5hrs and they were very welcoming and attentive to our child! Since then we do not hesitate to go to this location whenever we have an issue! Definitely our go to because of those two young ladies!

Staff is excellent, kind, and knowledgeable, space is clean, prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.

"Very clean location, curtious and friendly staff. Quick processing time within 10 minutes of registering, 20 minute wait in room to get results and see the physicians assistant but over all more pleasant experience than waiting in an ER or doctors office. Now offers medical care portal for secure access of my visit and records on line. One stop shop get the prescription filled there too. I would definitely recommend this location and friendly caring staff as your urgent care option."

The staff and the doctor were amazingly on top of things and were friendly. Very efficient and smoothly run. Called Monday morning and got a pre-op appointment for one hour later, an involved process with cardiogram and bloodwork, which took no longer than 40 including sign-in. Very personable staff, but that's a two-way street; I'm personable. So the appointment was actually fun (partly because I was not feeling ill or dicy).

The staff and doctors were friendly, attentive, and professional. The Dr (Wundeful) listened to me and evaluated my needs and was refreshing to me. They have you check in on a tablet up front and wait in your vehicle, calling you when your turn is up. Amazing experience, thank you all!
