Computer systems were down.  Everything took forever.  I could hear other patient conversations through the walls.  Fix the computers.  It took forever.  Staff and doctor was nice.  Care was good.  Admin ruined it.

I was in and out in no time. It’s a fairly new facility. The family nurse practitioner, Emelda, was wonderful. Great bedside manner. Offered options for treatment that she explained very well as to the pros and cons of each. If you live or work in the neighborhood, this is the place to go.

Had some balance issues and diminished hearing and it was because of wax buildup in my ear. The Cedar Hill urgent care removed the buildup and my balance is much better and they also gave me an RX for dizziness and balance, thank you Cedar Hill!

The only thing I did not care for was the receptionist. She was a little snobbish and unwelcoming. However, everything else was very nice.

I received excellent information about my condition from the doctor.

First time patient and the experience was excellent from the responsiveness of the staff to the quality of the care to the efficiency of the process!

Dr. “ Jersey Girl” Pagano was OUTSTANDING 😎. Suggestion - check your computer appointment confirmation notice. Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”.
