          My concern was for safety reason child there throw up parents told front lady she didn’t get up after 10 min came put something on the floor the child was touching every chair my question is they clean everything after patient leave and the front staff clean the vomiting after 1 hour.           I scheduled online at 9am for a 930 appt. They took me right away. I was given a prescription for  antibiotics while I await the results of a culture.. I was in incredible pain and the nurse (Theresa) was empathetic and knowledgeable. I hope 🙏 I  have her name right.

When cold and flu symptoms are there and you are coughing, some of us patients are not comfortable using phones or those tablets that are there, wherein on cannot even sit when entering information. That is the most inconvenient part. Please do something.

          The visit i did via telecast was good, the doctor was very informative and prescribed me medecine which she described on our zoom call. Except she forgot to put in the prescription until i asked about it later that evening. The prescription wasn’t then ready until the next business day which was when my symptoms were nearly cleared up
