Quick. Everyone was nice and knowledgeable.

Computer systems were down.  Everything took forever.  I could hear other patient conversations through the walls.  Fix the computers.  It took forever.  Staff and doctor was nice.  Care was good.  Admin ruined it.

This is an excellent urgent care facility. The staff were professional, polite, considerate and compassionate. Wait time was minimal despite being busy. Scheduling an appointment was very helpful. Very clean facility. Thorough exam and knowledgeable medical professionals. Check-in/check-out was efficient and seamless.

Woke up for third day in a row and was feeling terrible, sinus pressure, coughing and fever. I called office and I was able to get in to see a Dr within the hour. I was greeted by friendly staff and I was in and out within 45 mins with a nebulizer treatment that they administered. I love the staff and doctors they have. They are thorough and caring. I highly recommend this clinic.

Been having it h watery and swollen eyelids for a few days and made an evening appointment. When I checked I was told the wait time would e approximately an hour but was more than two hour wait with an appointment . The received adequate care but never experienced an extremely long wait time since I’ve been a patient.

Had been feeling bad since Friday night. Felt as though I had a sinus infection. Went on Tuesday and was advised I tested positive for Covid. I was surprised that I was not given anything to treat for Covid. I was given a cough suppressant. Still feeling bad today..

I was deeply grateful for the kind and genuine manner I was treated by the nurse. The Provider was also very detailed and sensitive. Thank You

I had a 5:15 appointment and when I checked in I was not told that the office was 90 minutes behind. I waited till 6pm and when asked I was told I was next. The next person taken was a walk in that arrived after me. I then waited until 6:50 to be taken back. Didn't leave until 7 pm. A two hour appointment with reservations is unacceptable especially since I was not told. My app was a follow up and I would have rescheduled given the information of the long wait. Better communication would be appreciated

This was for school forms for physical and TB screening. The staff made the process smooth and easy, and printed out the needed documents.

Dr. “ Jersey Girl” Pagano was OUTSTANDING 😎. Suggestion - check your computer appointment confirmation notice. Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. Would it be better to use the word “USED”? Linda Yaeger
