In the History of going to Urgent Cares, Hospitals Etcetera for Medical Needs, from Pennsylvania, Maryland to Florida my entire life, FirstCall Medical Center in Ellicott City Maryland is Truly, Number 1. Great Quick Service. Great Professional Staff from the time I Entered the Building to the time I left. Shania at the front desk, Marisa Medical Assistant and PA-C Beth Steinberg did an EXCELLENT Job helping Me. I was very sick and they even took a COVID test which results came back Negative on me. Thank God. In and out quickly. I would Highly Recommend FirstCall Medical Center to EVERYONE for your Medical Needs. I interacted with the receptionist, a technician, and a doctor. All were very friendly, very reassuring and very professional. There was no waiting time at all...in the time it took the receptionist to help me register, the technician was waiting for me. The staff was extremely helpful and gave me quality time ... answering every question. I highly recommend if you can not get in to see your regular physician!
