Hello, I’m writing to express a concern regarding my recent visit to your urgent care. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience during the blood draw. The person who attempted to draw my blood had to stick me three separate times before successfully collecting the sample. The experience was painful and made me feel very uncomfortable. I understand that sometimes blood draws can be difficult, but I did not feel confident or comfortable with the way the procedure was handled. I would appreciate it if this concern could be reviewed. Patient comfort, proper communication, and professionalism are very important, especially during procedures involving needles. Thank you for taking my concern seriously. Best regards, SM

I walked in and the waiting was very little. Staff was amazing, The PA Sam was very professional and compassionate removed a cyst. The clinic was very clean and organized.

Great experience. Staff was efficient, professional and friendly. Medical professional was thorough and provided clear explanations. Facility was spotlessly clean and modern.

The team was amazing and the care was exceptional. Wait time was very quick 5 minutes.

Nice and capable staff for Covid 19 test. Very busy, so a bit of a wait for callbacks and when at site, and needed to call at site to get staff to come to car. Signed up for antibody test beforehand but not available when I got there. I am glad because the test is up to $200, depending on how much insurance covers. Call insurance first for sure.

Love Dr Tardiff... always so attentive!  Staff at this site is always professional and friendly.

I highly recommend AFC Saugus. I came in on a Saturday morning and was one of the first patients in the clinic. They attended to me quickly and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The physician was easy to work with and attentively listened to my concerns and addressed the symptoms I was experiencing. AFC Saugus will be my top choice should I need medical assistance in the future.

I cut my finger with some very sharp gardening pruners. I went to AFC Urgent Care to see if I needed stitches. Check in was so easy and the receptionists were so nice. I only waited maybe five minutes before I was brought into a room. The nurse that brought me was very friendly and got to cleaning my wound right away. Within a few minutes the doctor came in and started getting everything ready to start stitching my finger up. My wound required five stitches and he made sure that I didn’t feel anything. From start to finish my visit there was about forty minutes! Great service & great care, thank you!

Staff was excellent had no problems with check in. Had no problems with the staff getting ready for the blood pressure test,hearing test,eye test. They were very professional.

Very content with the ease of making an appointment and moreover, the treatment of care.   Staff was very concerned and the treatment quite professional.  Highly recommend this particular site for patients in need of care.

The facility on rte 125 north andover was fine once I was seen by the healthcare provider and I have nothing negative regarding the care. BUT the male individual who "sits" at the front reception desk needs to Go. He has zero customer service skills and is clueless and very rude regarding his patient-interaction. He told me "check yourself in over there ( at the kiosk), because I'm busy; so if you don't want to do it yourself, you'll have to wait, because I'm doing something now". I asked what about the other "receptionist" sitting near him. He said: "She's eating, so you'll have to wait; or go some place else". I would like to know who hires people like these? One is "busy eating" [ at front desk] so she can't or won't accommodate checking me in;;; he us busy with "something",,,,so if I don't like being treated in such a derogatory manner by these two morons...he told me I can "go some place else". ! Wow, just Wow. If this is all they can find to "sit" at front desk....I have a suggestion: please have no one "sit" at front desk and get paid for doing nothing. Since there is availability to do self-check-in....then just do away with these two useless airheads.
