          I cut my finger with some very sharp gardening pruners. I went to AFC Urgent Care to see if I needed stitches. Check in was so easy and the receptionists were so nice. I only waited maybe five minutes before I was brought into a room. The nurse that brought me was very friendly and got to cleaning my wound right away. Within a few minutes the doctor came in and started getting everything ready to start stitching my finger up. My wound required five stitches and he made sure that I didn’t feel anything. From start to finish my visit there was about forty minutes! Great service & great care, thank you!

          Incredible experience! The ma working reception was great. The doctor was amazing, caring, responsive, and helpful! I will definitely be going back to this location in the future and think the staff members deserve praise! The ma who checked me before the dr was also very kind and cheerful.           Woke up with a UTI and was able to get an appointment within a half hour. I waited about ten mins to be called, gave a urine sample, and then waited almost an hour for the doctor to come to the room with the results. She prescribed a med and I left, no further office check out needed. It went quickly and smoothly.

          My Nurse was extremely helpful, could tell really cared and very intelligent. Almost instantly felt calmer and was feeling so much better and comfortable after visit and talking to her. I would Definitely recommend this to anyone asap with any issue even if not fully what they treat or specialize in they will still steer u in right direction either their selves or with referrals.

          The receptionist greeted me promptly and got my information quickly.  After a short wait I was escorted to a medical room where a very pleasant assistant got my vitals and prepared me for my session with a nurse practitioner. He too was very pleasant as he examined my wound and made his diagnosis.  He helped me get an appointment with a podiatrist as well as getting me a prescription for antibiotics. I would highly recommend these caregivers!

          I highly recommend AFC Saugus. I came in on a Saturday morning and was one of the first patients in the clinic. They attended to me quickly and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The physician was easy to work with and attentively listened to my concerns and addressed the symptoms I was experiencing.           I walked in to the office with my GRANDDAUGHTER yesterday immediately after I sign in they call me 15 seconds later. after they received all the information, they took me to one of the rooms where they said a nurse will see me soon and soon it was. I was seen in no time they took my blood pressure, etc. etc. then a female doctor came in by the name of Danielle she was very polite and courteous and full of life I remember her from the last time I was a patient there and she was the same. I just want to say the staff there is full of life and I wouldn’t go any place else. Keep up the good work bye for now..
