I've had to visit urgent care for various ailments, and every time, I have received compassionate care. They take patients' safety seriously - as an immunocompromised patient, I've always felt secure about the cleanliness of the facility and the sanitary protocols are followed by staff well. Hopefully that won't change now that they've teamed up with UMass; UMass hospitals are a horror show, esp. Memorial in Worc. BIG MRSA problem there but they hide it from the patients!

COVID protocols/cleanliness, extra HEPA filtered rooms, wonderful staff-worked efficiently. in and out in a timely manner and labs came back relatively quick!

I went for a COVID test today, August 30. From the time I arrived until the actual test itself was approximately 1 hour. The staff was very nice and efficient. Ann did the actual testing and was so kind and compassionate. When she was done she actually said 'hope you feel better'. It may not seem like much, but to me it means a lot when someone actually cares. A few kind words go such a long way and really mean a great deal when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend this location and staff!

Dr Jerry Lewis was great. He always put a smile on my face. He was very helpful with my diagnosis and explained everything throughly.

I met with a PA and Dr. Vafidis and couldn’t be happier with the level of care I received. The physicians and staff are extremely knowledgeable in their profession! Very professional, very clean, and I don't feel rushed. I feel like they listen to me and take their time with the diagnosis! Very kind from the front desk to the Doctor and Nurse Practitioner! If the waiting room is full and I ask how long a wait, they tell me it will be how ever long. Then I know what time frame I am dealing with and I don't mind. One Sat. morning was full and I ran an errand and came back, they called my name!! I prefer going here than to my primary care physician, which I never get to see anyway!
