Needed urgent care for an illness that was beginning to affect my breathing. It was very busy and there were only 4 staff members on site. No doubt why the waits were long. In spite of the staff shortage, I never felt they were rushing my care. Explained well everything they were doing. Turned out I had bacterial pneumonia.
