My cough and chest congestion was COVID! I'm so glad I went to Next Care urgent care. My scheduled appointment time was honored and the staff was attentive. The doctor was very informative and prescribed me meds.

2nd time here, both visits were easy to check in, short waiting time with courteous and friendly staff.

Dr. Rita was great and all the staff too !  Scheduling was fast!

It was easy to book and staff was very friendly!  Also, super helpful that this was open during this holiday weekend.

Overall, this urgent care is great! We have no complaints other than the room being really really cold. But the staff was attentive, they listened, and they treated our infant with care. I would absolutely come here again!

They got me in right at 8:20 because I called a little bit before then and they were like yes come now and we’re very very fast efficient and had all the facts information and ran all the tests now waiting on results, but the staff was all very efficient and caring, and the nurse practitioner or doctor was super informative about what was going on and her opinion on all of it as well as including all the medical facts and things I need to watch out for and make sure I had everything I needed to go home with until we get the results. Got rx for infection the next morning; doctor sent it in right away. Very thankful for them staying and taking me in as the last patient and helping me figure out what’s going on.

I’m still sick actually worse today chest congestion, sinus pressure but she basically said let it run it’s course after 50.00

I’m actually a healthcare provider and the protocol for what I was seeking was not performed. It defeated the purpose of the visit. I wasted time and money.

Everyone was extremely nice and kind. From the receptionist, down to the physician. We have found a place that we can rely on when needed.
