Shortly after someone came to the front desk but didn’t speak to me. There was nobody else in the office but I waited about 15 min with no staff interaction before I finally asked if anyone knew we were there. She said they had a “procedure” in the back. We were called shortly after, and the visit was quick. I was bothered by her lack of engagement or interaction prior to my initiation
