The Check in staff was so helpful even when I didn’t have my insurance card w me.  She walked me through the steps to contact the insurance company.  The clinical staff were helpful professional and capable. I had booked an appointment they took the walk in first, Fia who came in to take my blood pressure was very polite and helpful. The nurse practitioner seemed to be in a rush and didn’t want to hear what I said to say. I asked for the breathing treatment which I always get for my asthma and she told me I’m able to breathe so she didn’t think it was necessary. Not very happy

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

I would 100% recommend this company to anyone wanting to check their health status. The process was incredibly easy and done through certified labs. The results are frequently back by the next day.
