The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

Got to urgent care and was seen withing 10 minutes of arrival and checking in. A very friendly and knowledgable staff who made sure I understood all that was done and any further necesssary step I might need to take.

Everything went well. No complaints, the wait was approx 20 mins.
