Had been going to this location for all of our pediatric urgent care needs. Was forced to use our insurance today even though I explained that I wanted to be self pay that way we could use our HSA card which was the exact same amount as a self pay customer. Made for a disappointing experience and lady at the front desk just didn’t seem empathetic at all. Staff in back seemed checked out as well. Moving forward we will choose a different pediatric urgent care company for any future needs. Left really bummed.

Love this clinic. I am able to book on line and able to come in same day. Its open late and weekends. The staff is always very attentive and answers any questions I have.
