There was only one person on staff in the whole place. She was great but she shouldn’t have had to do everything by herself. I was there for two hours. Feels pointless to have all those available time slots for appointments on the website if they’re not actually available. I’d rather have fewer options to choose when I schedule if I could actually be seen during my appointment time. The doctor was on an iPad so she couldn’t do much.

When a patient has an appointment, upon arrival and they check in they shouldn’t be made to wait behind a walk-in. Who chooses to hold up the line attempting to check in, while another member of their party fills out the medical forms. Receptionist she advise them to have a seat and come back up to the window once the forms are completed.

I never got results from my strep test.  I felt if I did not get a call a text would have been nice.

All went well. You do need to accept cash according to federal law.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
