I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Truly appreciate the staff in the office they were worm and welcoming. From what I noticed while waiting, is that they made everyone felt important and they were ready to assist. I was not happy after paying $200 They wanted me to do a covid test and a flu test that was not included in those $200. I didn’t have it anymore money on so I asked if I could make payment plans and there was no one available to help me with that part. I talk to the Dr on the tablet she  couldn’t hear me cause I had lost my voice so she ask the PCA to talk to her on the . I thought it was wrong because I’m the one she needs to talk to not to mention I still don’t know what’s wrong with me. Then I was told the visit was over. I find this to be very unprofessional.
