          It’s a bit ambiguous that one can make a “reservation” but not schedule an appointment. I was able to make a reservation online and arrived fifteen minutes early. Although I had a very good experience overall, it was ridiculous that I had to wait for almost an hour to see the NP. For such a large facility to have only one practitioner on a Sunday is unfair to us patients, and in my opinion burdensome to the NP as well. As a result, this left me with a negative feeling about Atlantic Health Urgent Care because there was nothing urgent about it.

          Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to.           Came in for an ear infecfion they said they would prescribe me ear drops and they would’ve been ready to pick up at the pharmacy within the hour. They never sent in the prescription so I was in pain. I had to call them multiple times the next morning to ask them to fill them prescription, I’m assuming they forgot. Should have been sent in after my visit like they said they would.
