It was amazing! The staff are absolutely fantastic

I had a small rash on my right foot which started to become a group of  blisters. I was worried it might be poison ivy. I was given a steroid cream.

We walked in so it was a simple process. The office was clean and tidy. The check process is where it went wrong. The lady at the desk was very unprofessional and rude. No greeting, smile, customer service training. Her appearance was sloppy as if she didn't care she was coming to work. She had her ear buds in while assisting people. You had to either assume what to do, or from prior visits knowledge, because no instruction was provided. She looked miserable. The only time she was nice was when the delivery guy brought her food, that she ate at the desk. She makes it's very clear that she doesn't care for her job. She makes you feel bad for making her work. As if she's used to just sitting there and intimidating everyone from wanting to come in for assistance. The MA that assisted the doctor was amazing. DR. Was amazing. This would be a wonderful place if there was better staff.

I had to visit the clinic on a Sunday morning and received very friendly and compassionate care from all of the staff, especially Jessica Paulson P.A. There was very little wait time and I felt as though everyone genuinely cared for my wellbeing. Would recommend to anyone needing urgent care services.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
